ATEX Awareness (Danish)

Description

ATEX Awareness (Danish) is an online introduction to explosion hazards and preventive measures for personnel working in or near potentially explosive atmospheres. The training is delivered in Danish.

Who should take this ATEX Awareness course?

Designed for operators, production workers, maintenance teams, cleaners and other personnel who may encounter explosive atmospheres. Awareness training helps employees recognise hazardous conditions and follow workplace procedures.

What you will learn

• How potentially explosive atmospheres may arise
• How to recognise hazardous situations and reduce explosion risks
• An introduction to relevant ATEX requirements and equipment certification
• The principles of explosion-protected equipment and protective measures
• Safe behaviour and the importance of site-specific instructions

Certificate and course access

Study online at your own pace and resume the modules whenever necessary. The course ends with an online assessment; a score of at least 70% is required to receive the course completion certificate. The course can be completed in a few hours.

Individual and group enrolment

ATEX awareness does not, by itself, certify someone to install or inspect explosion-protected equipment. Employers must determine any additional role-specific instruction or practical competence requirements.
